Sikong Addresses DC Area Tibetans

Tibetan political leader, Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay was in Washington, DC on official visit and he took time out to address and interact with Tibetans in DC areas. Sikyong spoke about the Central Tibetan Administration's recent priorities, breaking down what each department has been working on. At the end of the speech, he took questions from the audience, including on whether he is going to stand for election next year. He pointed out that he feels fortunate to have the opportunity to serve the Tibetan cuase and His Holiness the Dalai Lama and his response to the question suggests he is most likely going to run.
